At Group Sales, our tournament division offers a comprehensive solution to your event organization.  We start by procuring great hotels at great rates, we provide a toll free number for visiting teams to contact us and we create a turn key travel itinerary for each team including hotel, ground transportation, maps to each venue and we assist in scheduling free time activities.  We offer discount tickets to the areas major attractions, restaurant recommendations, sight seeing tours and we are available to assist each team with any of their needs while they are in town.

We provide a revenue stream  to your event by capturing a greater percentage of the hotel revenue you bring to local area through your event. We do all the work and at the end of your event we send you a check!  Rather than just providing a list of host hotels without any checks and balances in place to ensure you are receiving all of the credit for the revenue generated, we handle all of the bookings at any price or service category and provide you with detailed reports indicating the exact number of rooms booked and where each team stayed.

Group Sales provides all of these services for free for your event and guarantees the lowest hotel rates possible. We eliminate the stress and hassle associated with team travel issues from your event committee which allows them to focus their time to work in other areas.

Since we are a full service Travel Company registered with the International Association of Travel Agents we invoice and are able to collect on monies due promptly from our hotel partners, thus eliminating the long delay with your accounts receivable.
